"Bad patient gets head dunked in gunge"
Nurse Kitty is not impressed with the lacksadaisacal attitude of her patient.
He has been neglecting his medication for his nose, ears and eyes so Nurse Kitty decide to administer a good head dunking in a bucket full of white gunge to teach him what it will be like without any of his senses--in particular sight, hearing and breathing.
Perhaps this will amend his ways and make him a better patient.
